Email Management

The email management area provides the ability to communicate via email with all members of your website affiliate and advertiser programs. In addition to selecting and emailing members, you may also, modify and develop templates for customizing and formatting your email messages.

The Insert Variable functionality will dynamically show the value of the respective variable from the database. For example the Insert Variable value "[{FirstName}]" will insert the First Name of the person(s) to whom the mail is sent and the variable "Dear [{FirstName}]," will insert the word "Dear" before the First Name.

  Images cannot be hyperlinked by selecting the image in the content manager editor. To hyperlink an image, click the "View Source" checkbox under the content manager editor; locate the image name in the html content, the image will be shown as <IMG src="{Image Path}/{Image Name}">;  add the link <a href=”http://{path to link}” target={_self (or) _blank}> before the <IMG src="{Image Path}"> statement and </a> after the statement.
